Acommodations
University Plaza Rooms
University Plaza will provide a carpeted room, a wooden chair, wooden desk, 3-drawer dresser, blinds, twin extra long mattress, and wooden twin extra long bed frame. Each standard size, 12'x13'9", room will include four electrical outlets; one pair on each wall near the air unit for the room. The windows are double-pane storm windows that can be opened by the guest.
Private Bathrooms
At University Plaza, all suites have private bathrooms. A shower curtain is provided, but you can replace it with your own if you would like to customize your room.
Housekeeping
Once a week, housekeeping will come and clean your bathroom and vacuum the floor in your foyer and your bedroom. All rooming options will have special rates for linens.
HVAC
The air, or HVAC, can be controlled by the resident by using the control panel built into the casing. HVAC's run on a water-bases system, and will produce heating or cooling depending on the season. This does not allow for climate control, but allows you to vary the airflow to regulate the temperature by approximately five degrees.
Phone & Internet
Internet and phone ports are located in each room. We offer Phone and Internet packages for long term stays. Prior to arrival, you will receive more information regarding IT/AV packages for your stay.

Swimming Pool
The pool is indoors and heated. The water depth goes from 3ft-9ft. There are also pool toys, a basketball hoop, and deck furniture.
Hot Tub
The hot tub sits 6 people.
Sauna
The sauna has a timer, heated rocks, and a light.

At University Plaza, we realize the importance of quick and easy access to the latest technology, and that's exactly what we provide in our state-of-the-art computer lab. Whether you're working hard at proposal, presentation, or playing hard with the latest gaming software, you'll find yourself well equipped with the following features:

Our lab attendant is available during all open hours for any questions.
Laundry Room
We have a full service laundry room on site. Coin operated machines. $1.50 wash $1.25 dry $0.25 per 10 minutes on large dryer.
All-Purpose Room
Need some extra room? Use our multi-purpose room for your group's needs. Please sign up for use of the multi-purpose room with the Administrative Assistant in the Management Office.
